1. Acceptance

By applying for, or using, BBG Capital Desk (capitaldesk.bbgspacee.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Service

BBG Capital Desk is a private, invitation-based introduction and matching platform for investors, buyers, sellers and builders in Raipur & Naya Raipur. We facilitate confidential introductions between members based on their submitted properties and requirements. See our Disclaimer for the full scope and limits of this service.

3. Eligibility & Approval

Access is granted only after application and Admin review. We may approve, reject, suspend, or deactivate any account at our sole discretion, including where information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or where conduct on the platform is inappropriate or fraudulent.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and any property or requirement you submit.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of property details (area, price, ownership, documentation status, etc.) you submit — we do not independently verify these unless explicitly stated.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, mislead, or defraud other members.
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not attempt to bypass the platform's confidentiality model (e.g. by scraping, or contacting other members outside an Admin-approved introduction).

5. Confidentiality & Introductions

All listings and requirements are confidential and visible only to the Desk unless and until Admin makes a formal introduction. We reserve full discretion over which introductions are made, and are not obligated to introduce any particular pair of members.

6. No Brokerage or Legal Advice

BBG Capital Desk is an introduction and matching service — we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any transaction between members. We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. Members are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, title verification, and for any agreements they enter into with one another.

7. Fees

Any fees or commission applicable to introductions or transactions facilitated through the platform will be communicated separately by the Desk before you are obligated to pay anything.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBG Capital Desk and bbgspacee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, or from any transaction or dealing between members introduced through it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh having jurisdiction.
