1. Who We Are

BBG Capital Desk ("we", "us", "the Desk") is a private, invitation-based network operated by bbgspacee, connecting verified investors, buyers, sellers and builders across Raipur & Naya Raipur. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through capitaldesk.bbgspacee.com, why we collect it, and how it is protected — in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and its principles of lawful, fair and transparent processing.

2. What We Collect

When you apply, register, or use the platform, we collect:

• Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, city.
• Property and requirement details you submit: location, area, price, ownership and documentation status, photos, and related notes.
• Account activity: login sessions, messages sent to the Desk, and in-app notifications.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser/device information) collected automatically for security and fraud prevention.

3. Why We Collect It

• To verify applicants before granting access to the network (per our invitation-only model).
• To privately match property listings against requirements on your behalf.
• To facilitate introductions only when the Desk approves them on both sides.
• To send you WhatsApp/in-app notifications about your own applications, listings, requirements, matches and messages.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

4. Confidentiality Between Members

This platform has no public or open directory. Your listings and requirements are never shown directly to other members — they are only used by the Desk to identify potential matches. Your contact details are shared with another member only when an introduction is explicitly approved by Admin, and only to the extent needed to make that introduction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only: (a) with another verified member, strictly as part of an Admin-approved introduction; (b) with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, WhatsApp messaging) under confidentiality obligations; or (c) where required by law.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after in case of disputes or legal requirements. Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent for further processing (which may mean we can no longer serve you as a member).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures — password hashing, access controls, and confidentiality-tiered data visibility — to protect your information. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.
